Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Monitoring inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock counts, audits and reconciliations.
• Maintain records of inventory movement, discrepancies, and adjustments
• Analyze inventory reports to identify trends, forecast demand and minimize overstock or stockouts
• Coordinate with warehouse supervisor to ensure proper storage, and handling of materials

Purchasing and Procurement -

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing, terms and quality
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and track their status through delivery
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve any supply -related issues or discrepancies
