We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to support our procurement team. This role involves sourcing suppliers, managing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of handling supplier issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the requests from the Marketing Team such as posters, banners/streamers, shelf talkers/wobblers, standees (foam boards, cardboard standees), brochures and flyers, and in-store display units such as free-standing display units (FSDUs), gondola end caps, counter-top display units (CTUs), or digital POSM like QR code displays and digital shelf labels.
Source and evaluate suppliers in line with Marketing requirements to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Create and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure the timely procurement of goods and services.
