Job Description

- Support the preparation, issuance, and documentation of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate with suppliers to verify pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain and update supplier records, pricing details, and transaction histories in the system.
- Handle the purchasing of general operational needs
- Help gather and organize documentation needed for supplier evaluations.
- Assist in compiling regular purchasing and procurement reports.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirement

-Minimum education D3/Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably majoring in Mandarin Language or Chinese Literature. Fresh graduates are welcome with at least HSK Level 4 certification.
-Good spoken and written Mandarin skills.
-Experience in Purchasing or Procurement is an advantage.
-Able to communicate well, negotiate, and work in an organized and systematic manner.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office.<...
