Purchasing Staff

This role is responsible for procuring a wide variety of products and supplies for the company following end-to-end purchasing processes and ensuring all procurements meet the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Purchase Requests and manage end-to-end purchasing
• Source suppliers, conduct price canvassing, and negotiate costs
• Prepare cost comparisons and secure required approvals
• Issue and monitor Purchase Orders and deliveries
• Verify invoices, receipts, and resolve delivery or quality issues
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams (Sales, Warehouse, Finance)
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records in the system
• Support vendor evaluation, accreditation, and inventory counts
• Perform other purchasing-related tasks as needed
