Purchasing Staff

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 2–3 years purchasing or supply chain experience, preferably in FMCG distribution
• Experience handling multiple suppliers/principals and high-volume SKUs
• Strong skills in forecasting, inventory control, and PO management
• Knowledge of trade terms, pricing, promotions, and rebate/claims processing
• Proficient in Excel and ERP / inventory systems
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
