Purchasing Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product research and supplier sourcing
• Canvass prices and negotiate with suppliers
• Prepare comparison reports and cost analyses
• Coordinate with departments for purchasing needs
• Monitor delivery timelines and order status

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course (preferred but not required)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in basic MS Excel / documentation
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
