Purchasing Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related course
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with minimal experience
• Basic knowledge of purchasing and procurement processes is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, email)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Willing to learn and able to work with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:

• Process approved purchase requests and prepare purchase orders
• Request and compare supplier quotations
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability, and delivery schedules
• Monitor deliveries and report delays or discrepancies
• Ensure completeness and proper filing of purchasing documents
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounting as needed
