Q-Mark Pet Products is looking for a Purchasing Staff

Location: Binondo, Manila

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Purchasing Staff to handle sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier coordination. Applicants with accounting or accounts payable experience are highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Source and purchase materials and supplies

· Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs)

· Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and terms

· Monitor deliveries and maintain purchasing records

· Work closely with Accounting for invoice matching and payments

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Graduate of Business, Accounting, Finance, or related course

· Preferably with experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable, or related finance functions

· Purchasing experience is an advantage

· Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
