Purchasing Staff

Ensure the Purchasing procedures are being done accordingly to quality objectives

Handles all purchasing matters and purchase order preparation

Update purchase request on Syspro and send to PL heads for approval

Prepares monthly breakdown of all purchases

Send purchase order to external provider audit and ensure on time delivery

Evaluates supplier performance

Promotes and adheres to Company's commitment on Corporate Social Responsibility

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualification

Fresh graduate of any engineering course, but preferably Industrial Engr

Any course but with 3-5yrs experience as Buyer/Purchasing

Project based: 1year
