POSITION: Purchasing Staff
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely processing and delivery
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishment planning
• Track purchase requests, deliveries, and documentation
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams
• Ensure accuracy of purchase records, invoices, and reports
• Assist in supplier negotiations and cost control initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
• Experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage
