Purchasing Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate vendors and suppliers for food, beverage, and restaurant supplies.
• Place orders based on inventory levels, consumption trends, and forecasted demand.
• Ensure timely delivery of items to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, and service levels.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to understand supply needs.
• Review and reconcile purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
• Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards during procurement.
• Prepare regular purchasing and cost reports for management.
