About the role
Grapevine restaurant is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Staff to join our fast-paced procurement team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and supplies to support our growing bakery operations in Quezon City Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

1. Researching and identifying reliable suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and other bakery supplies
2. Negotiating competitive prices and terms with suppliers to optimise costs
3. Placing and tracking purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials
4. Maintaining detailed inventory records and forecasting future purchasing needs
5. Liaising with production teams to understand changing requirements and prioritise orders
