Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and purchase orders
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers
• Handle import documents and customs requirements
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers
• Monitor deliveries and shipment schedules
• Maintain purchasing and importation records

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Experience in purchasing, importation, or logistics is an advantage
• Knowledge of import documents and procedures
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
