Job Summary:
The Purchasing Staff supports the team in performing daily operational tasks in the department. This role is expected to correctly and accurately monitor inventory of stocks at all times.
Role Accountability:
· Accurate encoding of items in the system.
· Correct inventory of products.
· Ensure all PO received are processed end-to-end.
Specifications:
o Educational Attainment
o Graduate of 4-year course or at least 2 years vocational course.
o Work Experience
o At least 1 year of work experience; preferably with Purchasing or Procurement.
o New graduate is accepted.
Working Conditions:
o Basic office setting.
o Fixed schedule.
