a. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and negotiate agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable sources of materials and services
b. Source and procure materials, equipment, and services based on the company's needs and requirements
c. Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring that they accurately reflect the terms, quantities, and pricing negotiated with suppliers
d. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements
e. Act as a bridge between the company and external parties, including clients, suppliers, government agencies, and regulatory bodies
f. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively
g. Manage and maintain all necessary documentation related to contracts, permits, licenses, and other legal requirements
