- Supervise purchasing operations for multiple restaurant outlets
- Source, negotiate, and manage approved suppliers and contracts
- Ensure consistent quality and availability of food, beverage, and non-food items
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and usage to control costs and reduce waste
- Coordinate with chefs and outlet managers on ordering and product specifications
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
- Prepare purchasing and cost reports for management review
- Other responsibilities as needed 
Job Requirement

・Min. Bachelor's degree
・Min. Conversational Proficiency
・Min. 3 years of experience as Purchasing staff in Japanese Cuisine restaurant
・Strong negotiation and possesses excellent communication skills.
