Supplier Management

1. Identify and recommend new suppliers for accreditation, ensuring alignment with AMI's standards.
2. Evaluate supplier capabilities to meet requirements in terms of product/service quality, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency.
3. Review, negotiate, and secure contracts with suppliers and service providers.
4. Negotiate optimal credit terms and pricing, including direct payment arrangements with the Head Office.
5. Prepare and issue accurate and timely Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
6. Conduct regular business reviews with suppliers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and transactions are audit-compliant.

Internal Customer Management

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide end-to-end support throughout the purchasing process.
