• Check and validate payment requests related to purchased materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
• Supervise raw material clerks in updating daily and monthly raw material and packaging inventory reports.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers by staying informed about new product offers, promotions, and market updates.
• Conduct ongoing price monitoring for specific micro raw materials, seeking cost-effective procurement opportunities.
• Handle the procurement of other plant requests and requirements, which may include laboratory supplies, machineries, fumigants, etc., ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
