Purchasing Supervisor

Job Role:

• Accurately encode purchase orders into the ERP system.
• Enroll and manage the list of accredited suppliers, ensuring up-to-date information.
• Create new raw material SKU entries and deactivate inactive ones as necessary.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual raw material and packaging purchase plans based on business requirements and historical data.
• Check and validate payment requests related to purchased materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
• Supervise raw material clerks in updating daily and monthly raw material and packaging inventory reports.
