Role Overview:

The New Product Development Supervisor supports the development and launch of new health, beauty, and wellness products for the company. This role is responsible for monitoring market trends, assisting in product concept development, coordinating with regulatory and marketing teams, and ensuring smooth execution of product innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Trend Monitoring

• Gather data on consumer trends, competitor products, and category performance.
• Provide reports and insights to support product innovation decisions.

Product Development Support

• Assist in preparing product briefs and documentation for new product concepts.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Sales) during product development.
