Overview
The Purchasing & Supply Coordination Analyst will support the team by managing purchase order execution, vendor coordination, item and data management, and shipment tracking. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operational flows with global suppliers, particularly in China, and supports the execution of purchasing activities across systems and departments.
Responsabilities
Purchase Order Execution & Supplier Coordination
• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors (mainly in China) to confirm production timelines, shipping schedules, and packaging requirements.
• Follow up on production status, delays, and any PO exceptions or risk alerts.
• Track the full PO lifecycle including production, readiness, and shipment documentation.
