Job Summary
The Purchasing / Inventory Officer ensures timely procurement of supplies and effective inventory control to support restaurant operations while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and purchase food supplies, ingredients, and operational materials
Monitor inventory levels, shelf life, and usage
Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation
Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, and quality issues
Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records
Qualifications
At least 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or inventory management, preferably in food service or hospitality
Requirements
Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills
Proficient in inventory systems or spreadsheets
Willing to work full-time on-site in Lipa, Batangas
