Purchasing/Sourcing Staff

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, requisitions, and procurement documentation.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, supplier agreements, and invoices.
• Track deliveries and resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
• Processing of pick-up delivery and permits such as PBI/PBO, gate pass(entry/exit), etc.
• Update procurement KPI(on-time delivery, material cost reduction and lacking material).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably has a college degree in any business-related courses.
• Equivalent years of experience in purchasing and/or sourcing of raw materials ...
