Flag or remove inappropriate content such as hate speech, harassment, spam, or violent material.

Respond to user inquiries via chat or email regarding content issues or policy clarification.

Document and escalate violations or unusual cases to supervisors when needed.

Work closely with team leads and quality assurance to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
