Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of recent IT systems and services Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and control budget and expenditures Plan and organize daily operations Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel Authorize the development of specifications for products or services Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines Manage incidents Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Computer and Technology Knowledge
