ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Full cycle recruitment for the high volume hiring of seasonal and full-time staff.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a large number of qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate and timely data in the ATS.
• Craft compelling job postings tailored to industry-specific needs.
• Act as a consultative partner to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements and recruitment strategy.
• Use best practices in sourcing, engaging candidates and managing the recruitment process.
• Provide weekly reporting to hiring managers.
• Meet KPIs, SLAs and hiring targets.
• Keep the applicant tracking system up to date.
