Our client is a respected player in the renewable energy space with a growing portfolio of utility -scale and C&I solar PV projects across South Africa and the region. They are committed to engineering excellence, innovation, and driving Africa's transition to clean energy. As they expand, they are looking for a Senior PV Engineering Manager to lead and mentor their growing technical team from their Johannesburg office.
Provide strategic engineering leadership across all solar PV projects – from concept to commissioning.
Lead and manage a team of PV design engineers, junior engineers, and consultants.
Review and approve system designs, layouts, single line diagrams (SLDs), yield simulations (PVsyst), and BOQs.
Ensure full grid -code compliance (NRS, SANS) and coordinate with Eskom, municipalities, and technical advisors.
