Job Description

PV Project Developer 
Overview:
Leap29 are partnering with a leading renewable energy company seeking a PV Project Developer to join their team in Milan. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams (Operations, Sales, M&A) and external partners to design and deliver commercial & industrial (C&I) photovoltaic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct feasibility studies and energy yield analyses for PV systems ranging from 0.5 to 10 MWp.

Develop technical designs including system sizing, technology selection, material specifications, and budget estimation.

Collaborate with EPC partners, advisors, and suppliers to validate assumptions and optimize design solutions.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, technical standards, and grid connection requirements.

Support the Sales team with technical input and business development initiatives.
