About the Role
We are recruiting in Romania for an experienced PVC Process Engineer / Technologist willing to relocate to Uzbekistan.
You will join a large-scale PVC production plant and manage the full lifecycle of suspension PVC manufacturing, ensuring stable operations, high product quality, and continuous process improvement.
This is a senior, plant-based role in a continuous production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize production processes for PVC grades SG-3 to SG-6
Adjust formulations to meet customer specifications
Monitor and control polymerization, degassing, drying, classification, and packaging
Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, and GOST standards
