A PYP Teacher in an IB World School is responsible for delivering high-quality, inquiry-based education aligned with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme. The role involves planning and implementing transdisciplinary units of inquiry, fostering student agency, and developing the IB Learner Profile attributes. The teacher creates a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, collaboration, and international-mindedness.
