QA Analyst

What's the role?

We are seeking a QA Analyst with solid hands-on experience testing Salesforce core solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role is execution-focused and will support end-to-end testing activities across multiple Salesforce implementations.

The ideal candidate is strong in manual functional testing, with exposure to automation and API testing, and is comfortable working closely with developers, administrators, and product teams in an Agile environment.

What will you do?

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom features.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and UAT scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.
