QA Analyst

The QA Analyst – Warehouse is responsible for ensuring the quality compliance of incoming finished goods through rigorous product verification and documentation review prior to dispatch. This role is pivotal in coordinating essential quality activities, including the management of retention samples, verification and ensuring the seamless flow of sample transfers and product release documentation.

Contacts / Network Requirements

• Internal: Accounting, Imports, Sales, Regulatory, Warehouse, Creatives, and Purchasing.
• External: QA Supplies Providers and Clients.

Key Responsibilities1. Product Verification & Release

• Conduct actual product verification and documentation review prior to dispatch.
• Coordinate with the Imports department for necessary approvals required before product release.
• Manage the sending and distribution of relevant quality and release documents.

2. Sample & Inventory Management
