QA Analyst

Job Description

The Quality Assurance (QA) is responsible for ensuring that the company's quality and food safety systems are properly implemented and maintained. The role focuses on compliance with GMP, food safety standards, documentation, and continuous improvement in a food packaging manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a food, food packaging, or manufacturing company
• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards
• Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and/or ISO 9001
• Experience in quality documentation, SOP preparation, and record control
• Knowledge in handling non-conformances, root cause analysis, and CAPA
• Ability to conduct or support internal audits and customer audits
