QA Assistant

The QA Assistant for Documentation shall provide support in safeguarding the integrity of food manufacturing operations by ensuring that all quality-related documentation is accurately transposed, securely managed, and fully compliant with company protocols.
Reporting directly to the QA Manager, this position supports Actron Products and other food solutions initiatives by maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to industry standards.
Transpose, organize, and maintain all quality-related documentation for Actron Products under the supervision of the QA Manager.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of records across food safety, quality assurance, and compliance systems.
Implement version control and archiving practices to align with food industry regulatory requirements (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
Sign and strictly adhere to project-specific Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
