Job Description

- Responsible for coordinating the rapid resolution of complaints, managing internal/external quality inspections, taking corrective actions, preventive actions, and preparing reports on the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Review and approve the corrective and preventive actions of product problems with the relevant managers to ensure that the problems are effectively resolved and prevented.
- Lead the team to receive complaints from customers/suppliers and analyze internal quality problems and drive the report of 7 quality control tools.
- Provide advice to all subordinates related to the quality system, product quality related to customer use, so that subordinates understand and can perform quality work effectively.
