QA Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established QA inspection procedures during all inspection processes.
• Identify and report any abnormalities or non-conformities in coated and spray products.
• Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations within the workplace.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work area at all times.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on coated and spray items and ensure all inspected products are properly arranged into customer poly boxes according to the given standards.
• Record all defect details accurately in the daily rejection checklist for daily data analysis and reporting purposes.
• Ensure rejected goods are clearly labeled with a rejection tag for identification and traceability.

Pay: RM1, RM1,950.00 per month
