Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site inspection, personal hygiene checks, products checking and sample retention.
• Follow and assist in lab test sampling schedule
• Assists in ISO 22000:2018 manual updated, and implement to operation.
• Responsible for the compliance with MUIS Halal Standards, application and renewal of Halal Certification.
• Assists in checking records, documents, and files.
• Attended to external auditors and internal auditors; assist for internal audit (central kitchen, retail outlets and supplier audit)
