• Raw Peanuts Sorting Area
• Monitor Sorters segregation of quality nuts from:wrinkled/off size/bulok/foreign matter: stones/thread/rubber
• Percentage & quantity of rejected nuts
• Roasting Area
• Monitor Roasting Settings and Roasted Peanut Output: Temperature/Time/%MC /Appearance/taste/Texture
