General Accountabilities
Safety and ISO14001 Environmental Accountability – ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace following company rules and procedures. Safety & Health Accountability – observe all safety programs, training, and SOPs to perform work tasks safely. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Accountability – adhere to GMP rules and procedures at all times. SOP/SWI Compliance – apply Standard Operating Procedures and Standard Work Instructions in daily operations. Code of Ethics – comply with the BD Code of Ethics at all times. Incident Reporting – report incidents, accidents, near‑misses, and deviations from plan and participate in investigations when required. Quality Incident Reporting – report quality incidents, near‑misses, and non‑conformances from SOPs or specifications and participate in investigations. Operational Tasks
