Qa Automation Engineer (Monterrey)

• Responsible for the design of reusable, maintainable, and versioned automated test scripts that reflect functional testing business scenarios
• Identify, analyze and report test results for automated test scripts and provide weekly metrics on overall automated testing status and defect tracking status per project
• Manually execute complex test plans with an understanding of how to build new coverage into the existing Automation test suite
• Collaborate with development team to understand how development changes affect ongoing Automation efforts
• Identify and implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, the team and the company.
