QA Coordinator

Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring a QA Coordinator for a leading multinational food manufacturer in Jeddah. This role drives Quality Assurance and Food Safety compliance while strengthening and improving the FSQ Management System (FSQMS).
Responsibilities:
- Lead FSQMS implementation and improvement: HACCP, Halal, PRPs, TACCP, VACCP, Food Defense, Food Fraud- Provide technical QA support to production and ensure compliance with regulations and global standards

- Review lab, micro, and chemical results and drive corrective actions

- Control non-conforming raw materials and finished goods based on risk
- Coordinate internal, external, certification, customer, and regulatory audits and close CAPAs
- Support supplier quality, customer complaints, product changes, and recalls when required

- Coach the QA team and promote food safety culture across the plant
