QA Coordinator

Description

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding quality standards set by MPI Food Safety Program and by Addiction Foods QA manual
• Conducts regular QC inspection on process and finished goods
• Assists the QA Manager with Audits
• Ensures that quality standards are documented and communicated effectively with the team and wider business
• Investigates QC and QA issues by identifying root cause of problems and implement corrective actions
• Ensures that the implemented corrective actions are continually monitored and met
• Ensures the QC staff are trained and armed with training materials related to the said corrective actions
• Ensures incident report, customer complaint and H&S report are recorded and closed
• Works together with Product Development Team to QC new products
• Create, review and update packaging checklist that meets New Zealand standards and other markets
