QA Department Head - Motorcycle

W are looking for an experienced and results-driven QA Department Head to lead the Quality Assurance operations for our Motorcycle (MC) Collection Department.

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality collection processes, compliance standards, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the QA operations of the MC Collection Department
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards
• Monitor collection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits, evaluations, and performance assessments
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions
