QA Engineer

Define and maintain process control plans for manual operations

Ensure clear, visual, operator-friendly work instructions

Define and optimize in-process inspection points

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA)

Analyze scrap, rework, and yield data

Investigate customer complaints and prepare 8D reports

Support incoming material and supplier quality

Ensure compliance with ISO and customer requirements

Perform hands‑on inspection tasks depending on operational need

Assist the QA Manager in carrying out calibration activities

Assist the QA Manager in carrying out document control activities

Job Requirements

3–7 years’ experience in similar field.

Experience with micro-components or precision assembly preferred

Structured problem-solving mindset

Clear communication with QA and Production operators
