QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that corrective actions are in place and implemented for all non-conformances.
• Responsible for liaising with Engineering/Production on the investigation of root cause of non-conformance and procedure failure.
• Responsible for CMM jobs’ schedule to ensure machine capacity is fully utilized.
• Carry out part programming for CMM and meet CMM and other related measurement tools’ MSA requirements.
• Responsible for writing and publishing OQA reports in a timely manner.
• Develop or guide junior staff or technicians to create work standards, operating instructions and quality criteria.
• Enhance customer satisfaction.
• Any other assignments deemed necessary by the management.
