QA Engineer

Job Responsibility :

• Support new product development, ensuring quality standards meet customer and company requirements.
• Develop and execute validation / qualification protocol/ plan and register the validation activities in the Validation Master Plan.
• Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing product inspections to meet specifications.
• Train and guide QA technicians and inspectors on quality standards.
• Ensure non-conforming products are quarantined until issues are resolved.
• Keep QA-related documents and forms updated and aligned with customer requirements.
• Investigate and follow up on internal and customer complaints.
• Develop Quality Action Plans based on feedback.
• Maintain and review all QA records for traceability and filing.
• Monitor sorting activities and manage returned or recalled products.
