QA Engineer

About the Role
We are an early-stage B2B SaaS startup building a workflow-heavy, API-driven platform used by real customers in production.
We are entering a post-agency handoff phase and are hiring a QA Engineer (Manual + Platform Validation) to help stabilize, validate, and improve a complex production system.
This is a hands-on, systems-focused QA role, not a test-case execution or automation-only position.
You will not inherit a perfect system — you will help uncover edge cases, validate real-world workflows, and improve confidence across releases.
Our platform includes multiple frontend SPAs, backend APIs, and multi-step user journeys across a multi-tenant environment. This role goes beyond testing screens — you'll be responsible for validating end-to-end behavior, data integrity, and platform reliability.
