QA Engineer

Job Description

· To ensure the manufacturing process are meeting the QC specifications as per ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16946 requirements.

· To liaise with Production, R&D, Engineering and Product QA on improvement activities.

· To plan and execute quality improvements activities on the line.

· To lead improvements activities.

· To inculcate quality awareness among workers.

· To seek new in-process testing & methods to improve products quality, minimize process rejection & scraps.

· To ensure compliance to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16946 and related standard requirements

· Implement audits, maintenance & improvement of the QMS to ensure compliance.

· Specify inspection plan & measurement technique to be used

· Understand manufacturing stamping process would be advantage.
