QA Engineer

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience: Typically 1–3 years of experience in an IT Testing role.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical thoughts clearly and concisely.

• Manual Testing:

• Ability to manage and execute tests using the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

• Familiarity with various testing types: functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and E2E.
• Proficiency in the defect management lifecycle.
• Methodology: Practical knowledge or experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Automation: Entry to mid-level proficiency.

• Testing Tools: (Experience with or a strong willingness to learn):

• JIRA, Zephyr, Figma, and Confluence.

• Postman (for API testing).
