QA engineer

Responsibilities

• Testing websites and applications on Samsung or LG TVs.
• Checking how applications work on different devices—phones, tablets, PCs.
• Retesting errors (making sure that bugs are actually fixed).
• Collecting feedback from users and the team (recording issues noticed by customers or colleagues).
• Testing customer accounts to identify errors.
• Preparing and sending regular reports on the work done.
• Testing updates before release (checking basic scenarios before release to customers).
• Performing regression testing (ensuring that old functionality works correctly after changes).
